Job Description:
Eeshanya is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to support our real estate sales operations. The role involves generating leads, meeting prospective clients, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into customers through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and references
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers
- Interact with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable projects
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
- Maintain basic records of leads and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market preferred
- Two-wheeler or own vehicle preferred
Salary: Fixed salary with attractive incentives
