Job Description:
Eeshanya is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to support our real estate sales operations. The role involves generating leads, meeting prospective clients, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into customers through effective follow-ups and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and references
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers
  • Interact with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable projects
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
  • Maintain basic records of leads and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market preferred
  • Two-wheeler or own vehicle preferred

Salary: Fixed salary with attractive incentives
