Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Manager role based in Thane. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client interactions, executing property transactions, overseeing sales objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include leading sales initiatives, managing a team of real estate professionals, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves identifying opportunities to expand the client base and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License along with knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in team management and achieving sales targets
