Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic full-time Sales Associate to join our team, with on-site responsibilities based in Shilaj, Ahmedabad. The role involves building strong customer relationships, showcasing properties, guiding clients through the real estate buying process, and negotiating sales contracts. Additionally, the Sales Associate will stay informed about market trends and compliance requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.

Location - Full-time, On-site, Shilaj, Ahmedabad

Qualifications

• Strong Sales skills, along with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-centric approach and great in customer follow-up
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Ahmedabad
• Highly motivated, and results-driven to drive leads to conversion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous sales or real estate experience is a must
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Commerce , or related field preferred
