Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, oversee social media strategies, focus on lead generation initiatives, and analyze web analytics to drive performance and growth. Additional responsibilities include managing the marketing team and ensuring alignment with business objectives through innovative and data-driven marketing techniques.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to drive audience engagement and achieve business goals
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles to design and implement effective campaigns
• Experience in Web Analytics to analyze data, measure campaign performance, and refine strategies
• Strategic leadership with the ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure goal alignment
• Proficiency in tools and platforms related to digital marketing, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media advertising
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
