Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented ATL / BTL Marketing Manager with experience in outdoor marketing activities, lead generation campaigns, branding, and event management. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing ATL & BTL activities to improve brand visibility and generate quality leads.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing activities for lead generation.
• Organize outdoor promotional activities such as apartment campaigns, park activities, club events, roadshows, and referral programs.
• Coordinate branding activities including hoardings, standees, danglers, TV displays, direction boards, and other promotional materials.
• Conduct events and engagement activities in residential communities and clubhouses.
• Identify suitable locations for outdoor branding and marketing campaigns.
• Manage site branding activities inside and outside project locations.
• Prepare monthly marketing budgets and track campaign expenditures.
• Maintain reports on generated leads, site visits, and conversions.
• Coordinate with creative agencies for marketing materials and campaign execution.
• Obtain quotation approvals and manage vendor coordination.
• Ensure timely installation and maintenance of signages and promotional materials.
• Support internal marketing and promotional initiatives as required.
