About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Operations Manager to build and manage the marketing engine behind a growing Chicago real estate business.

This is not a traditional social media position. You will be responsible for coordinating every aspect of our marketing—from content planning and video production to listing campaigns, brand management, and marketing analytics.

Your role is to ensure our business maintains a consistent, professional presence across all platforms while allowing the team leader to focus on serving clients and growing the business.

What You'll Own


Brand Management

  • Manage and maintain a consistent personal and business brand across all platforms.
  • Ensure branding remains cohesive across marketing materials, listings, and campaigns.
  • Organize marketing assets and digital libraries.

Content Production

  • Develop weekly and monthly content calendars.
  • Create shot lists for video recording sessions.
  • Coordinate weekly filming schedules.
  • Ensure content is planned several weeks in advance.
  • Repurpose one filming session into multiple pieces of content.

Video Production Coordination

  • Coordinate with local videographers and photographers.
  • Schedule production days.
  • Prepare production briefs and shot lists.
  • Organize raw footage.
  • Edit videos for multiple platforms.
  • Deliver completed content on schedule.

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
  • Write captions and calls-to-action.
  • Create graphics using Canva.
  • Monitor engagement and respond when appropriate.
  • Identify trends and recommend new content opportunities.

Listing & Rental Marketing

  • Launch marketing campaigns for new listings and rental properties.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and marketing materials.
  • Design digital flyers and promotional graphics.
  • Update website listings and online marketing platforms.

Email Marketing

  • Design and schedule email campaigns.
  • Maintain subscriber lists.
  • Create newsletters and property announcements.
  • Track email performance.

Marketing Analytics

  • Monitor social media insights.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Track lead generation metrics.
  • Recommend improvements based on campaign performance.

Marketing Operations

  • Maintain marketing calendars.
  • Organize digital files.
  • Coordinate freelancers and creative vendors.
  • Ensure marketing deadlines are consistently met.
  • Continuously improve marketing systems and workflows.


Required Skills

  • Excellent written English communication.
  • Advanced Canva experience.
  • Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Experience scheduling content through Meta Business Suite or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing real estate.
  • Experience coordinating remote creative teams.
  • Graphic design experience.
  • Website management experience.
  • Email marketing experience.
  • CRM familiarity.
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Marketing calendar maintained at least four weeks in advance.
  • Four to six high-quality social media posts published weekly.
  • All new listings and rentals marketed within 48 hours.
  • Weekly filming schedule created and coordinated.
  • All video footage edited and delivered on time.
  • Monthly growth in audience engagement and reach.
  • Weekly marketing performance reports submitted.
  • Consistent brand presentation across every platform.
