Role Description The Real Estate Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property portfolios, including day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing leases from negotiation to renewal, ensuring accurate lease administration, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves analyzing market trends, advising clients on commercial and residential opportunities, and supporting investment decisions aligned with the company’s research-driven approach. The Real Estate Manager will also collaborate with sales and advisory teams, prepare reports, and ensure properties are maintained to high standards that reflect the company’s brand and client-first values.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Property Management to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and asset upkeep.
• Experience in Lease Administration and hands-on work with Leases, including drafting, review, compliance, and renewals.
• Solid understanding of Real Estate markets, with exposure to both residential and Commercial Real Estate.
• Proficiency in market research, financial analysis, and investment evaluation related to rental yield and appreciation potential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or property management are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple properties and transactions simultaneously.
• Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad, with local market knowledge and willingness to travel to properties and client locations as needed.
