About the Role

Smartworld Developers is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive sales across its residential and commercial projects in the NCR region. The candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert sales leads.
  • Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Manage the complete sales process from inquiry to booking.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
  • Graduate (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong understanding of the NCR real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
