Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Real Estate Sales Manager. The role involves managing sales activities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include overseeing property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless buying and selling experience. The candidate will also lead a team, strategize to meet sales targets, and build networks to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate practices and knowledge of Real Property management
- Strong experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Familiarity with the Ahmedabad real estate market is a must
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
