Quick Commerce Operations Lead

The Role

You'll own end-to-end quick commerce operations — getting MomsMade reliably available across platforms and cities, and keeping the engine running smoothly as we scale.

What You'll Do

• Dark Store & Inventory Ops: Manage inventory allocation across dark stores. Forecast demand at store level, minimize stockouts and expiry waste. Coordinate with our internal supply chain on production planning and dispatch schedules.

• Catalog & Listing Management: Ensure SKUs are live, correctly mapped, priced, and compliant across all platforms. Handle catalog updates for new launches or pack size changes.

• SLA & Performance Management: Own delivery SLAs, fill rates, order cancellation rates, and return/damage rates. Troubleshoot platform-level issues daily.

• Platform Compliance & Documentation: Handle all backend — FSSAI mapping, invoicing, reconciliation, and platform policy compliance.

Who You Are

• 2–4 years in quick commerce operations, ideally at a brand (not platform side).
• You've managed dark store inventory for a food/FMCG brand and understand fill rate economics.
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 of: Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket.
• You know what it takes to go from zero to live on a new platform in a new city — and you've done it.

• Bonus: Experience with perishables/short shelf-life products. Understanding of tier 2 city QC expansion.
