Role Description

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor specializing in Civil and Interior works for Corporate Interior Fit-Out projects at our Gurugram office. This is a full-time, on-site role. The individual will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost control, planning and tracking project budgets, monitoring cost utilization, and generating regular cost reports. Additional responsibilities include assessing project feasibility and working in close collaboration with project managers and other team members to ensure financial efficiency and project delivery within agreed budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure financial efficiency and avoid budget overruns.
• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and estimating project costs accurately.
• Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to track and present project financials effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills related to budgeting and cost forecasting.
• Proficiency with relevant estimation and project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in corporate interior fit-out or similar projects is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
