Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Bengaluru. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control and cost management throughout the project's lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, and generating cost reports. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Experience in preparing, analyzing, and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Proficiency in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Detail-oriented with excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams to achieve financial targets
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software is highly desirable
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the construction or architectural industry is a plus
