Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Quantity Surveyor deployed across India at TotalSheet client project sites. Selected candidates will be placed directly with TotalSheet's client organizations as part of Utna Systems' structured Corporate Resource Deployment Program — working on-site where the project is active, anywhere in India. The role involves preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conducting deterministic rate analysis, managing project budgets, and implementing cost control measures using TotalSheet. Responsibilities include developing cost plans, monitoring project execution progress, preparing detailed cost and billing reports, and ensuring financial outcomes align with approved project budgets. The role requires close collaboration with client-side site engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to support accurate financial governance across active construction projects.

Qualifications

Strong skills in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, cost planning, and billing
Expertise in cost control, budget monitoring, and financial reporting
Hands-on proficiency with TotalSheet or similar construction estimation platforms
Ability to interpret project data and provide actionable cost insights
Familiarity with quantity takeoff methods and specification-based estimation
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Experience in large-scale construction projects is an advantage
Willingness to relocate and work at client project sites across India
Commitment to accuracy, documentation discipline, and financial transparency
