Quality Check Executive- Jewellery

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Executive to join our production team in C-scheme, Jaipur.

Role Description

• Inspect pieces at various stages of production—from raw castings to final finished pieces to ensure they meet Rimjhim’s quality standards for design, craftsmanship, and durability.
• Daily tasks include checking functional elements, gemstones and settings for accuracy and security, verifying polishing and finishing quality, and confirming that each product matches design specifications and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to address defects, and support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in quality checking or bench work within a fine jewelry manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes (casting, filing, setting, polishing, plating) and stone-setting techniques.
• Prior experience in jewellery manufacturing, quality control, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate effectively with artisans and production teams, and maintain accurate inspection records.
