Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Engineer role based in Mahesana. The Quality Control Engineer will perform routine inspections, measurements, and tests on materials and finished products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications. The role includes monitoring production processes, identifying deviations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The Quality Control Engineer will document findings, prepare reports, and support quality audits to maintain compliance with internal and external requirements. The individual will also contribute to improving quality procedures, training production staff on quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices, with the ability to apply established methodologies to daily operations.
  • Analytical skills and Quality Management capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams and to document and present quality findings clearly.
  • Relevant technical or engineering degree or diploma, preferably in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with quality tools and standards (e.g., ISO, SPC, root cause analysis, CAPA) and familiarity with inspection instruments and techniques.
  • Ability to work on-site in Mahesana, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement; prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is an advantage.
