Key Responsibilities

• Know tube mill operations, rolls, and welding processes
• Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements
• Train QC and QA supervisors, as well as skilled and unskilled manpower
• Monitor and control quality across all stages of the production process
• Provide guidance and support to team members for problem-solving and process improvements
• Identify opportunities for process and product quality improvements and conduct rejection analysis
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain 5S practices at the workplace
• Conduct daily inspections, testing, and process monitoring
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and work instructions
