Job Title : Lead Developer
Job Summary : We are seeking a Lead Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QI Digital Advantage Suite QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role offers a day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities :
Develop and implement solutions using QI Digital Advantage Suite to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and deploy scalable applications using QI Scaler.
Utilize Quadient Inspire Interactive to create dynamic and engaging customer communications.
Optimize existing systems and applications to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Document technical specifications and project requirements for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.
Contribute to the companys goals by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
Enhance the companys reputation by delivering projects on time and within budget. -Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in QI Digital Advantage Suite QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
Demonstrate experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or Life and Annuities Insurance is advantageous.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Show proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices.
Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
