Job Description

QMS Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled QMS Engineer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards, as well as conducting internal and customer audits.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement QMS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to QMS policies and procedures.
Lead customer audits to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with customer requirements.
Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and quality.
Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes to improve processes and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QMS compliance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

4-8 years of experience in QMS implementation and maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
Experience in conducting internal and customer audits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
