QC Engineer

We’re Hiring: QC Engineer – Por, Vadodara
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI Draftsman
Salary: upto 3.5 LPA
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect raw materials, fabricated materials, finished goods, and development samples
• Verify Test Certificates (TC) and prepare inspection reports
• Identify Non-Conformities (NC) and coordinate corrective actions
• Execute SAP entries for accepted, rejected, and rework materials
• Prepare and maintain Quality Control Plans (QCP)
• Coordinate third-party testing and inspections
• Oversee heat number marking activities
• Maintain quality documentation as per company and audit standards
• Collect and organize data for MIS reporting
• Ensure timely calibration of measuring instruments
• Perform and supervise testing activities: Spark Testing, Light Testing, Visual Inspection, Hydro Testing,
