Our client is seeking a QA Tester to support testing of modern state government digital services, including Rapid Registration, and AI-enabled citizen-facing applications. This role will focus on ensuring quality, performance, and usability across web applications, APIs, and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing for web applications using Playwright
• Validate real-time transaction workflows, business rules, and eligibility checks
• Test chatbot-assisted interactions and AI-enabled user experiences
• Verify integrations between web applications, APIs, and backend systems
• Ensure a seamless user experience across responsive and high-volume digital platforms
• Document defects, test results, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues

Required Skills

• Experience with Playwright or other modern UI automation frameworks
• Strong web application, API, and integration testing experience
• Understanding of high-volume transactional systems and user workflows
• Experience with responsive web application testing
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($55-60/hr). Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
