Technical Product Manager – AI Products

About the Role

Abacus.AI is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of next-generation Enterprise AI products. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and AI research teams to build AI-powered products used by enterprises worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap and execution for AI products, including AI Agents, Enterprise Search, AI Coding Assistant, AI-powered App Builder, and Autonomous AI Agents
• Define product strategy, prioritize features, and launch new AI capabilities and integrations
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver intuitive, scalable, UX-driven products
• Drive customer research, product requirements, execution, and adoption

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Technical Product Management experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Experience building both enterprise and consumer products, especially complex, UX-heavy products
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, APIs, and developer platforms
• Excellent product thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Compensation: ₹30–70 LPA + ESOPs (based on experience and fit).
