Job Description

About The Role

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a hands-on QA Tester to ensure our client's preschool platform delivers a seamless experience across Web, iOS, and Android. You will work closely with engineers to thoroughly test features before deployment and help maintain a high standard of quality across releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, write, and execute detailed test cases based on product requirements
  • Perform comprehensive cross-platform testing across Web, iOS, and Android
  • Identify bugs, edge cases, and inconsistencies early in the development cycle
  • Conduct thorough manual validation of builds prior to each deployment
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain and update test data, test cases, and documentation for critical user flows

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in manual QA testing
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile testing workflows
  • Ability to independently write clear and structured test cases
  • Experience with testing tools such as BrowserStack, TestRail, or similar
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Appium
  • API testing experience using Postman or similar tools
  • Basic knowledge of load/performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
  • Familiarity with MongoDB
  • Experience using logging/monitoring tools such as Sentry
