Job Description

Job Title: QA Engineer – 3+ years of experience

Location: Bengaluru, Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute detailed test cases for UI, functionality, integration, and API validation.

Perform QA across staging and production environments for customer onboarding integrations.

Validate website analytics and event tracking for correct data flow and reporting.

Execute testing across browsers/devices/OS to ensure best customer experience.

Develop and maintain UI/API automation scripts and convert manual test cases into automation.

Build POCs to evaluate new tools, frameworks, and testing approaches.

Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (basic level) and improve coverage/execution efficiency.
Analyze automation runs, troubleshoot failures, and report defects with clear logs and evidence.
Collaborate with developers, TPMs, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth releases and rollouts.

Must-Have Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in manual + automation testing for web-based products.

Strong understanding of test case design, regression, sanity, and integration testing.

Hands-on API testing using Postman / REST Assured.

Strong working knowledge of Java + Selenium and automation framework concepts.

Exposure to Playwright/Cypress and basic JavaScript understanding is a plus.

Experience in designing/contributing to automation frameworks and test strategy improvements.

Exposure to Agentic / AI-driven QA tools, including Cursor AI for test scripting/refactoring.
