Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Nexus across Medical and Commercial workflows.
  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical considerations, and delivery constraints.
  • Ensure cohesive user experience and capability alignment across both domains.


Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the key liaison for Medical and Commercial business teams, with specific partnership responsibilities.
  • Translate business goals, insights, and challenges into actionable product requirements.
  • Facilitate governance forums, decision alignment sessions, and regular product updates.


Technical Partnership & Governance

  • Collaborate closely with the Architect to ensure architectural consistency, platform scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Ensure processes, tooling, and support models are appropriately leveraged and seamless during Conferences
  • Participate in technical reviews, risk assessments, privacy/security evaluations, and architecture checkpoints.


Delivery Leadership

  • Lead and manage the vendor development team, ensuring clarity of scope, sprint execution, and delivery quality.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure the team continuously improves.
  • Ensure product deliverables meet compliance standards, and Tech governance requirements.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers; create mitigation plans.


User Experience & Adoption

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Oversee the design, testing, and rollout of new features or enhancements.
  • Support change management, training, and adoption plans in collaboration with the business.


Data, Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor product usage analytics, satisfaction scores, and performance indicators to drive data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure a robust feedback loop from Medical and Commercial users into the roadmap.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the product team.


Skills & Experience Required


Essential

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, digital product management, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with or managing external development partners.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements with clarity and precision.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of platform governance, architecture alignment, and technical delivery frameworks.


Desirable

  • Experience in Pharma, Medical Affairs, Commercial, or regulated domains.
  • Understanding of data pipelines, content platforms, and digital ecosystems.
  • Prior experience working with cross-cultural or geographically distributed teams.
