About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full stack Lead Developer to join our team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in front-end development using React.js, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers.
Architect and implement complex UI solutions using React.js & Node js.
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Review code and enforce best practices in performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
Drive the adoption of modern front-end tools and frameworks.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end development and React ecosystem.

Technical Skills Required

Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
Strong understanding of Redux, React Hooks, and Context API.
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and other build tools.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
Exposure to UI/UX principles and responsive design.

Leadership & Soft Skills

Proven experience in leading front-end teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
