Role Overview

We are seeking a Python Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack web applications within an EdTech or training-focused environment.

In addition to strong technical expertise, the role requires a passion for technical training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

·      Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications

·      Work with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

·      Develop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React

·      Build and maintain RESTful APIs for web and client-side consumption

·      Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control

·      Work with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and MongoDB

·      Use Git for version control and collaborative development

·      Support basic cloud deployment workflows and application maintenance

·      Debug, optimize, and improve application performance and security

Training & Mentoring

·      Conduct hands-on technical training sessions

·      Guide learners through real-time projects and practical implementations

·      Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback

·      Explain complex system design, architecture, and development concepts clearly and effectively

·      Mentor learners to improve problem-solving, coding standards, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

·      3–5 years of professional experience as a Python Full Stack Developer

·      Strong expertise in Django / Flask / FastAPI

·      Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React

·      Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs

·      Strong understanding of authentication and role-based access systems

·      Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

·      Familiarity with Git-based version control workflows

·      Exposure to basic cloud deployment concepts

·      Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or teaching is mandatory

·      Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

·      Experience working in the EdTech or training domain

·      Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

·      Exposure to system design and scalable application architecture
