Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in the Pune Division. The Purchasing Manager will oversee the procurement process, handle vendor negotiations, and manage supplier relationships. Other responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The role requires active collaboration with various departments to ensure the timely and efficient sourcing of materials and services needed for operations.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in negotiation, vendor management, and supplier relationship management
- Experience in inventory management, cost analysis, and supply chain optimization
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role is highly preferred
