Role Description

ShreeTech Data Limited is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division. The CFO will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting, prepare financial statements, and ensure the organization’s fiscal health. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, optimizing the company’s financial structure, implementing financial strategies, and helping guide the company's long-term financial goals. The CFO will also liaise with stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance alongside leading a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
• Strong capabilities in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data and trends
• Leadership abilities with experience in managing financial teams
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or infrastructure sectors
