■ About the Role

Sparrow Shopfits is hiring an experienced Purchase Head / Senior Purchase Manager / Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement for Interior Fit-Out and Retail Fit-Out projects.

The role includes procurement planning, vendor development, BOQ review, commercial negotiations, purchase orders, cost control and timely material delivery across multiple projects.

The selected candidate will coordinate with Operations, Projects, Design, Production, Finance and Site teams to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.

■ Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for multiple Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Review BOQs, drawings, specifications and material requirements.
• Source, evaluate and onboard vendors and subcontractors.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons and negotiate commercial terms.
• Release purchase orders after approvals and documentation.
• Procure plywood, laminates, hardware, glass, acrylic, metal, stone, paint, furniture and signage.
• Manage procurement for electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing and related services.
• Track POs, production, dispatches and site deliveries.
• Coordinate requirements with Project and Site teams.
• Evaluate vendors on cost, quality, delivery and reliability.
• Develop standard rates, rate contracts and vendor databases.
• Identify savings without compromising quality.
• Maintain procurement MIS, approvals, POs and vendor records.
• Guide the Purchase team and ensure timely closures.

■ Requirements

• Graduate in any field; Engineering or Diploma in Civil/Interior preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant Purchase or Procurement experience.
• Direct experience in Interior Fit-Out, Retail Fit-Out, Commercial Interiors, Office Interiors or Turnkey Contracting is essential.
• Experience handling procurement for multiple running projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis and fit-out materials.
• Vendor network for materials, furniture, fabrication, MEP and signage preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, comparative statements, MIS, ERP and documentation.
• Strong negotiation, coordination and team-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for vendor visits and project requirements.
