We are seeking an experienced QS & Contracts Engineer to manage quantity surveying, contract administration, cost control, tendering, and billing activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BOQ preparation, contract management, cost estimation, and coordination with project, procurement, and finance teams.

• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates based on approved drawings and specifications.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify quantity and cost implications.
• Prepare tender documents, bid comparisons, and assist in contractor evaluation and selection.
• Draft, review, and administer contracts, work orders, and subcontract agreements.
• Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
• Verify contractor and subcontractor bills, RA bills, final bills, and quantity measurements.
• Perform rate analysis for materials, labour, and subcontracted works.
• Monitor project budgets, cost variations, and support cost control initiatives.
• Prepare variation orders, extra item claims, and contract amendments.
• Coordinate with project execution, procurement, billing, and accounts teams for timely project delivery.
• Maintain contract documentation, correspondence, and records for audit and compliance.
• Support project planning by providing quantity, cost, and contractual inputs.
• Prepare periodic cost reports, budget variance reports, and management MIS.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract conditions, and statutory requirements.

• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Estimation, and Contract Management.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, tendering, billing, and rate analysis.
• Good understanding of FIDIC or standard construction contract conditions is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity estimation software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project execution.

• 5–10 years of experience in real estate builder/developer companies.

• Hands-on experience in tendering, contractor billing, contract administration, and project cost management.
