Location- Sitapura, Jaipur

Working days- 6

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives.
2. Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable vendors and suppliers.
3. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve cost savings.
4. Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, machinery, and services.
5. Coordinate with departments to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials.
6. Maintain and update records of purchase orders, agreements, and vendor details.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in procurement activities.
8. Track and report key procurement metrics (cost savings, supplier performance, lead times, etc.).
9. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure long-term partnerships.
10. Lead, train, and develop the procurement team.
11. Manage and supervise store operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
12. Implement proper inventory control systems (FIFO, stock audits, minimum/maximum levels).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Supply Chain or Engineering
• 8–12 years of experience in purchase & store management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a manufacturing setup
• Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
• Sound knowledge of ERP/SAP software
