Job Profile: Purchase Executive

Location: Jaipur

Department: Purchase/Procurement

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, comparing quotations, and managing inventory and invoices. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and good knowledge of automobile spare parts and materials.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost effectiveness
Collect, analyse, and compare vendor quotations
Purchase automobile-related goods, spare parts, and materials as per requirements
Maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices, and documentation
Verify invoices and ensure alignment with purchase orders
Manage store operations, including stock entry, issue, and inventory control

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Any)
3–5 years of experience in purchasing
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Experience in quotation comparison and cost analysis
Knowledge of automobile parts, materials, or related goods
Hands-on experience with invoice processing and documentation
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems

Preferred Skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple vendors
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills
Good analytical and reporting abilities
