Job Description

We're looking for a Purchase Executive with 2-3 years of experience in Construction/MEP/HVAC. Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month.

Job Description

Manage procurement activities for construction projects
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents
Maintain procurement records and databases
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

Any degree with strong procurement knowledge
2-3 years of experience in construction/MEP/HVAC procurement
Experience with tendering, contract negotiation, and vendor management
Good communication and negotiation skills
Location:* Guindy,Chennai
