Job Overview

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical RFQ Analyst to join our Center of Excellence team. This role will support the Senior Manager/Sourcing Project Coordinator by managing the daily operations of RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes, handling supplier communications, and providing data-driven insights to improve sourcing efficiency. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working with large datasets, and skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A Day In The Life

Plan, launch, and manage RFQ events across various categories
Ensure RFQs are structured to capture relevant commercial, technical, and compliance data
Manage day-to-day RFQ activities including tracking, follow-ups, and documentation.
Interface with suppliers to clarify requirements, timelines, and expectations.
Provide support and guidance to suppliers throughout the RFQ process.
Collect, validate, and analyze supplier quotes to identify cost drivers, savings opportunities, and value-added offerings.
Maintain accurate records of RFQ activities and supplier responses.
Collaborate with Commodity Managers and the Sourcing Project Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate RFQ execution.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in RFQ workflows and communication.

What will help you thrive in this role?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or data analytics.
Strong proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
