We are hiring for the position of Section Engineer: Architect

Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Drawings: Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and interior designs for stations, depot buildings, and utility structures as per project specifications.
Technical Review & Site Implementation: Review GFC drawings, material specifications, shop drawings, and method statements, and supervise architectural works at site ensuring compliance with approved design.
Station, Depot & Utility Buildings: Supervise architectural works of station buildings, depot workshop, OCC, equipment rooms, platform areas, finishing works, façade, roofing, flooring, and false ceiling.
Green Building & Sustainability: Implement green building features such as energy-efficient materials, natural lighting, ventilation, water conservation, and IGBC/GRIHA compliance as per NHSRCL requirements.
Fire & Life Safety Compliance: Ensure fire protection requirements, fire escape routes, fire-rated doors, firefighting provisions, and emergency access comply with NBC, NFPA, and relevant Indian/international codes.
Site Coordination & Quality Control: Coordinate with civil, MEP, E&M, and contractor teams, conduct inspections, prepare IR, snag list, progress reports, and as-built drawings for project completion.
Graduate in Architecture Engineering.
7 years of experience in construction of Station building /OCC building/ utility buildings/ depot building in Rail-based Transit System projects.
