Job Title: Proposal / Content Writer – BPO

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Proposal / Content Writer to support business growth initiatives through the creation of compelling, client-focused, and high-quality proposal content. The role will involve developing persuasive narratives, managing proposal responses, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver winning solutions for clients across Finance & Accounting (F&A), HR, and Supply Chain domains.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze RFP, RFI, and RFQ documents to understand customer requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.
  • Develop end-to-end proposal content including:
  • Executive summaries
  • Solution descriptions and methodologies
  • Value propositions
  • Key differentiators and customer-focused narratives
  • Customize proposal responses aligned with client industry, business objectives, pain points, and strategic requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Presales, Solution Architects, SMEs, and Delivery teams to gather relevant inputs and insights.
  • Translate complex technical and business information into concise, engaging, and customer-centric content.
  • Ensure consistency in proposal messaging, tone, branding, and quality standards across all deliverables.
  • Ensure proposal responses remain fully compliant with RFP instructions, formatting guidelines, and scoring criteria.
  • Maintain and enhance proposal content repositories, templates, knowledge assets, and reusable response libraries.
  • Capture and analyze win/loss feedback to improve proposal effectiveness and increase success rates.
  • Manage multiple proposal activities simultaneously while meeting strict timelines and deadlines.


Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Certification in Proposal Management (e.g., APMP) is preferred.


Experience & Skills

  • 5–8 years of experience in proposal writing, business writing, or content development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English.
  • Familiarity with Business Process Services (BPS), including:
  • Finance & Accounting (F&A)
  • Human Resources (HR)
  • Supply Chain processes
  • Strong understanding of the complete proposal lifecycle and bid management process.
  • Ability to synthesize and simplify complex business and technical information.
  • Experience creating structured, persuasive, and client-centric proposal responses.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight timelines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
