Project Supervisor

Role Summary:

The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. They coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily project activities at the site.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Resolve site-related issues and escalate major concerns to management.
• Attend project meetings and provide project updates.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in project/site supervision (interior fit-outs or construction preferred).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and project execution
