Project Manager

What will you do?

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and actionable plans.
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure timely delivery against milestones.
• Conduct regular status meetings, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor project execution, track progress, and address deviations from planned outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks, escalate critical issues, and drive resolution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Support continuous improvement by participating in post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.

• Willingness to work in a 24×7 global environment, ensuring flexibility to support business continuity and client needs across time zones.

Good to have skills

• Certifications such as CAPM, Prince2 Foundation, or CSM (ScrumMaster).
• Experience with large-scale process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with enterprise reporting/dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of multi-locale/global delivery models.
• Certification in operations management, Agile, or Six Sigma.
