HVK Architecture & Interiors is a premium design + execution firm specializing in high-value residential interior projects across Delhi NCR. We focus on delivering design-driven, detail-oriented homes with strong execution systems.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Execution to handle end-to-end site execution across multiple residential projects.

This is a site-based, execution-focused role requiring strong technical knowledge, daily site presence, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Manage 3–5 residential interior project sites simultaneously
• Ensure execution as per drawings, timelines, and defined work sequence
• Plan and monitor daily and weekly site activities
• Conduct daily site visits and supervise on-ground work
• Manage labor allocation, productivity, and discipline
• Track project progress and maintain daily reports (photos + updates)
• Ensure quality control across all stages (civil, carpentry, finishing)
• Coordinate with internal teams:
• Design team for drawings/clarifications
• Procurement team for material readiness
• Business team for timeline risks
• Ensure timely material receipt and site readiness
• Handle site-level issues (labor, vendors, society concerns)
• Prepare snag lists and ensure closure before handover

This role does not include:

• Client communication or meetings
• Design decision-making
• Vendor sourcing or price negotiation
• Financial discussions

• 5–10 years of experience in interior project execution
• Experience handling full-home residential projects (₹50L – ₹2Cr range)
• Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of:
• Civil work
• Carpentry & joinery
• Interior finishing stages

• Own vehicle (2-wheeler or car) for site travel
• Willingness to travel daily across Delhi NCR
• Smartphone for site reporting and coordination
