Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Executive with 2–3 years of experience in offline market research. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing both domestic and international research projects, ensuring seamless execution from project initiation to completion while maintaining quality, timelines and client expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of offline market research projects across domestic and international markets.
  • Coordinate with clients, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prepare project plans, timelines, fieldwork briefs and execution schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational challenges.
  • Ensure fieldwork is conducted as per project specifications and quality standards.
  • Track project budgets, timelines and resource allocation.
  • Review data collection progress and coordinate with data processing teams for timely delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients by providing project status updates and addressing queries.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations teams for vendor payments and project documentation.
  • Prepare project reports, documentation, and post-project evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client quality requirements.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA or equivalent is an added advantage).
  • 2–3 years of experience in Project Management (offline) in the Market Research industry.
  • Proven experience handling both domestic and international market research projects.
  • Strong understanding of offline research methodologies, fieldwork operations, and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and project tracking tools.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including US shift, based on business requirements.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience coordinating multi-country research projects.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and fieldwork operations.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes in market research.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
