Job Description
Job Location: Mumbai
Salary Offered: Up To ₹12 LPA
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years
Working Time Working Days: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM Monday - Saturday
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end -to- end execution of residential interior projects from site handover to project completion.
- Manage multiple residential interior projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide timely progress updates.
- Address client concerns proactively while ensuring a smooth and transparent project experience.
- Build long -term client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and trust.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Interior Designers, Site Supervisors, contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Facilitate effective communication between site teams and internal departments.
Quality & Site Management
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor workmanship, material quality, and finishing standards throughout project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and established site processes.
- Resolve technical and execution -related challenges in collaboration with design and site teams.
Budget & Commercial Management
- Monitor project costs and support effective budget management.
- Review contractor measurements, vendor invoices, and work completion before payment processing.
- Track variations, additional work, and cost implications during project execution.
- Ensure optimal utilization of materials and project resources.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain project schedules, progress reports, risk logs, and project documentation.
- Share regular project status updates with leadership and clients.
- Ensure all project records, approvals, and documentation are maintained accurately.
