Role Description The Project Manager (Hyderabad) will oversee interior design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area and involves coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to align project scope and deliverables. Daily responsibilities include planning project schedules, supervising site work, managing materials and installations, monitoring progress, and resolving issues to keep projects on track. The Project Manager will conduct regular site inspections, report on project status, and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate with designers, production, procurement, vendors, site supervisors, and clients.
• Ensure drawings and production details are executed accurately at site.
• Resolve site challenges proactively and minimize project delays.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage material ordering, follow-ups, and timely delivery to project sites.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement for timely deliveries.
• Maintain project budgets and control unnecessary costs.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review workmanship, verify compliance with design details, and ensure quality standards on-site.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and efficient movement of materials.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and quality checklists.
• Ensure snag-free handover and timely project closure.
• Relevant experience in interior design, fit-out projects, preferably residential and commercial.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and basic MS Office; familiarity with design documentation is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, civil engineering, interior design, or a related field.
