Role Overview

We are seeking a highly distinguished engineering professional to lead the end-to-end execution of architectural, structural, and MEP design and engineering for large-scale building projects. The ideal candidate will have a mastery of managing all aspects of design, engineering, and regulatory processes for high-rise developments, preferably under PMAY/SRA schemes in Maharashtra. You must have a proven track record in managing consultants and delivering complex design and construction packages on strict schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Plan, execute, and deliver projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards. 
• Stakeholder Coordination: Lead coordination between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and site teams. 
• Progress & Risk Management: Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage risks to ensure seamless execution. 
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements (Fire, Environmental, RERA, MCGM, etc.). 
• Reporting & MIS: Prepare project reports, maintain MIS, and present updates to senior management. 
• Site Leadership: Oversee ground-level operations through extensive travel to project sites across Maharashtra. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering. 
• Experience: Minimum 25 years in project management, engineering coordination, and technical planning for large-scale building projects. 
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera for scheduling and timeline management. 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD. 
• Deep understanding of design drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation. 
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional leadership and coordination abilities for multi-stakeholder environments. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting. 
• Meticulous attention to detail and project documentation. 

Preferred Background

• Extensive experience with high-rise residential/commercial projects under PMAY/SRA in Maharashtra.
• Demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning to regulatory processes and final delivery.
