Solution Architect - Data & AI

Location: Noida/Chennai/Bangalore

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the role of Solutioning Lead - Data & AI. This individual will spearhead growth and maturity of our Data, Analytics and AI practice, focusing on recommending and crafting innovative Data & AI solution responses to customer opportunities (RFP Responses / Proactive Response / Customer Workshops).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Data, Analytics, and AI Solutioning practice, with accountability for converting customer opportunities to wins – through innovative solution responses and demonstration
• Lead presales activities for Data & AI opportunities - including the preparation of proposal responses, solution presentation & demonstrations, and propose suitable operating models etc.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in the Data, Analytics, and AI landscape, integrating cutting-edge practices into client solutions.
• Develop playbooks, frameworks, and repeatable solutions to drive Data, Analytics & AI solution excellence and alignment to industry best practices
• Ability to lead / promote Data & AI offerings in customer presentations, client visit presentations etc and work with pre-sales/marketing team for development of collateral, and active thought leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous innovation by developing forward-thinking solutions and frameworks aligned with market demands.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent within the data and analytics domain, nurturing a high-performance, innovative solutioning team

Skill Requirements

• Strong Data & AI Solutioning expertise, act as Lead Solution Architect —including proposal response development, solution demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concepts—to effectively communicate technical value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
• Varied Expertise in Data & AI technologies, including advanced analytics, cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), AI & Machine learning, big data ecosystems, and data engineering frameworks.
• Proven ability to architect and implement scalable, end-to-end data solutions—covering data integration, warehousing (modern and real-time), Data Engineering, quality, security, and governance—across complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with leading BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker), programming languages (Python, R, SQL), and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, skilled at translating business requirements to key tenets of solution response, Propose AI led business value focused solutions, crafting tailored data-driven strategies that drive measurable outcome for customers
• Expertise in developing standardized playbooks, frameworks, and reusable solution repositories to elevate service delivery and ensure consistency and excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership in building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the Data & AI domain.
• Continuously staying abreast of evolving trends and emerging technologies in Data, Analytics, and AI to deliver cutting-edge solutions as a Lead Solution Architect.

Other Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 12+ years of professional experience, with proven Data & AI expertise in proposing architecture and solutions
• Prior Customer Facing Experiences will be a plus
