Position Overview

This is a hands-on operations role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and

wants real ownership over how their region runs. As a Regional Staffing Lead, you will be

responsible for making sure every event in your region is fully staffed, operationally ready, and

executed at a high level — from planning through game day.

You will own the full staffing process across your venues, manage relationships with nonprofit

partner groups, and serve as the connective tissue between regional leadership, staffing

specialists, and venue-level teams. You’ll get visibility into how a growing national operation

works — and real responsibility for making it run.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. You’ll be in the mix on event days, solving problems in real

time, and building the processes that help your region scale. If you want to grow into regional

operations leadership, this is the role that gets you there.

About You

You have experience in staffing, event operations, hospitality, or a related field and know how to

stay calm when things get complicated. You are organized, a strong communicator, and

someone who takes ownership without being told to.

You are comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once, building relationships with

partners and team members, and holding yourself and others accountable to high standards.

You are motivated by the energy of live events, the challenge of execution at scale, and the

opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding nationally. You want a role where your

work shows up on game day, and where strong performance opens real doors.

Key Responsibilities

Staffing & Workforce Management

• Own the full staffing process across all venues in your region, driving toward 100% event

fulfillment

• Track and act on key staffing metrics: Ask vs. Need vs. Confirmed, Dropout %, and

Nonprofit Partner Coordination

• Serve as the primary contact for nonprofit groups working with EATS2SEATS in your

region

• Own nonprofit recruitment, scheduling, and orientation to ensure groups are ready and

compliant before every event

• Maintain accurate records of groups, attendance, and coordination with the Finance

• Build strong relationships with returning nonprofit partners and identify new partnership

• Conduct venue walkthroughs and readiness checks alongside the RGM or Account

Leads as needed

• Support setup and event operations on-site to maintain consistency in service and

presentation

• Be the person your region can count on when something goes sideways on event day

Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor Staffing Specialists to build operational consistency and develop the next level of

regional talent

• Foster alignment between HR, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes across

events

• Contribute to seasonal leadership training and post-event debriefs to capture lessons

• Set the standard for accountability, communication, and professionalism within your

region

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all staffing and nonprofit activities comply with labor laws, alcohol service

regulations, and venue policies

• Maintain accurate reporting in company staffing systems and regional dashboards

documentation as needed
