Position Overview
This is a hands-on operations role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and
wants real ownership over how their region runs. As a Regional Staffing Lead, you will be
responsible for making sure every event in your region is fully staffed, operationally ready, and
executed at a high level — from planning through game day.
You will own the full staffing process across your venues, manage relationships with nonprofit
partner groups, and serve as the connective tissue between regional leadership, staffing
specialists, and venue-level teams. You’ll get visibility into how a growing national operation
works — and real responsibility for making it run.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. You’ll be in the mix on event days, solving problems in real
time, and building the processes that help your region scale. If you want to grow into regional
operations leadership, this is the role that gets you there.
About You
You have experience in staffing, event operations, hospitality, or a related field and know how to
stay calm when things get complicated. You are organized, a strong communicator, and
someone who takes ownership without being told to.
You are comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once, building relationships with
partners and team members, and holding yourself and others accountable to high standards.
You are motivated by the energy of live events, the challenge of execution at scale, and the
opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding nationally. You want a role where your
work shows up on game day, and where strong performance opens real doors.
