Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our Animation Team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing large-scale E-learning animation projects, handling multiple stakeholders, and leading a team of 30–40 members. The candidate should have successfully managed projects with a monthly delivery volume of 200–300 animation hours.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver animation projects within timelines and quality standards.
Handle end-to-end project execution for E-learning content.
Manage and coordinate a team of 30–40 members, including animators, designers, editors, and quality teams.
Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and team productivity.
Ensure monthly delivery targets of 200–300 animation hours are achieved.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.
Identify risks, resolve project challenges, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Maintain quality standards and process compliance across all projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
4-5 years of experience in Project Management.
Prior experience in the E-learning industry is mandatory.
Experience managing animation/video production projects.
Proven experience handling teams of 30–40 people.
Experience delivering 200–300 project hours per month.
Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
