Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager (Drawing Quality Check) role based in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing and validating interior and construction drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance with design standards, and alignment with project requirements. The Project Manager will coordinate with design, execution, and logistics teams to resolve drawing discrepancies, manage revisions, and ensure timely approvals. Daily tasks include tracking project documentation, monitoring drawing-related deliverables, supporting expediting activities, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders. The position requires a strong focus on detail, quality assurance, and structured project management to support efficient and error-free project execution.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting to follow up on drawing approvals, materials, and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and monitor drawing-related tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review drawings and related documents for accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to align drawings with material flows, site requirements, and installation schedules.
  • Strong understanding of interior design or construction drawings and related technical standards.
  • Proficiency in relevant design or drawing review tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar software) is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related field is desirable.
  • Prior experience in project coordination or quality check of drawings in interior or construction projects is an advantage.
