Project Manager DACH (German speaking)

My client is a global technology leader specializing in print‑ and imaging‑based solutions for enterprise clients.

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Work model: Hybrid

We’re looking for an organized and customer‑focused professional to manage large‑scale hardware deployments and services rollouts for enterprise clients across the DACH region.

In this role, you will be the primary interface for major customers, guiding them through every phase of the project lifecycle—from kickoff to successful go‑live.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for:

• Leading full end‑to‑end project implementations from contract signature to completion
• Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and steering all project activities
• Managing hardware deployments and MPS infrastructure rollout
• Owning scope, budget, margin, project timelines, and customer expectations
• Guiding internal PM/Coordinator teams
• Conducting client progress reviews and driving risk mitigation
• Managing change control procedures and ensuring full documentation accuracy
• Providing weekly updates, action lists, communication plans, and project plans
• Completing project close‑outs and handing over to operations for steady‑state support
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of delivery

Key Success Indicators

You will be evaluated on:

• Cost Management: Actual vs. planned implementation costs
• Milestone Completion: On‑time delivery of key project phases
• Customer Satisfaction: Voice of the Customer rollout survey results

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of Project Management/Account management experience (hardware deployment preferred)
• Project Management certification is an advantage
• Proven ability to manage scope, budget, margin, and complex client relationships
• Strong English and German communication skills
• High proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and business acumen
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and confident leading cross‑functional teams
