Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for:

1. Develop 3D architectural models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools
2. Prepare project documentation and detailed drawings for international clients
3. Collaborate with global architects and engineers across time zones and disciplines
4. Participate in training and workshops to continuously enhance technical and visual skills

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch – 2025 batch)
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is essential
3. Working knowledge of Lumion, Photoshop, and InDesign for presentations and renderings
4. Candidates with exposure to Rhino and ArcGIS will have an added advantage (not mandatory)
5. Strong visual communication and design sensibility
6. Good understanding of construction detailing and 3D spatial thinking
7. Willingness to learn and adapt to global standards and workflows
