Role Description The Project Manager Civil role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual will oversee civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning through execution, ensuring that work is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and site teams, reviewing technical drawings and specifications, monitoring construction progress, and resolving project-related issues. The role also involves preparing project schedules, tracking costs, managing resources, and reporting status and risks to stakeholders. The Project Manager Civil will be expected to maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies while promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications

• Civil Engineering and Infrastructure skills to plan, review, and manage technical aspects of civil projects.
• Construction Management and Project Management skills to oversee execution, scheduling, resources, and stakeholder coordination.
• Budgeting skills to manage project costs, forecasts, and financial controls effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Prior experience managing on-site civil or infrastructure projects, preferably in urban environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
• Proficient in project management tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Effective communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
